Programme rules
Research that respects your work.
- Participation is unpaid and optional. There is no purchase commitment.
- Use approved public, synthetic or seeded test examples only. Live client records, sensitive personal data and operational regulated records are outside this Hartree programme.
- Describe genuine workflow needs using roles and safe examples. Public availability alone does not establish source rights.
- AI suggestions can be wrong. Missing evidence, refusals, disagreement and failed tests must remain visible.
- Original tickets, workflow studies and decisions stay within your workspace. A separate permission and redaction review is needed for every shared summary.
- Polls guide priorities. They do not change regulations, prove compliance, consent to training or approve releases.
- Aprentiz records feedback, decisions and version-specific retests. It does not know what happens in unconnected systems.
- Stop and contact your coordinator if data enters by mistake, access looks wrong, or a test could affect a real decision.
- Use the agreed support channel to pause, withdraw, correct a record, request access help or discuss retention. Withdrawal does not promise to erase evidence already retained under an agreed obligation.
